| Mr Bouabba is the managing partner of the MCGB GmbH. Since 2000 he has specialised in managing strategic processes in the field of human resources management. He is a consultant to human resources at the helm of big companies or sizeable mediums sized enterprises. He trains the leading management in external or in-house seminars all over Germany. |
| Mr Bouabba was born and grown up in the State of Baden-Württemberg. Since 1978 he has lived in Berlin. At the age of 22 when he still was a student at the Technische Universität Berlin he founded his first enterprise. He finished the university with a diploma in economics. In 1999 he completed an additional study with the degree of master of business administration. |
| Mr. Bouabba has practical experience with EU-projects like Leonard and Adapt. He speaks fluently German, English and French. |
